Born and raised in Oregon, I am an extrovert, happily married to my college sweetheart, mom to two sons and their beautiful brides, and “Mimi” to five and soon to be six grands. Currently, I am also a Board Member for Africa New Life Ministries doing work in Rwanda, Africa, and a seasoned team leader for international mission trips.

I started in church leadership by chance. My drive to make things better landed me a part time job at our church in the midst of homeschooling our older son. It seemed simple enough to offer my gifts and talents to help develop and grow the church. Over the next 23 years, I would move from part-time Children's Ministry Director to Family Pastor, Communications and Creative Lead, Pastor of Culture, and ultimately Executive Pastor. A short stint in the middle working for a local non-profit doing work in Rwanda put me on a learning curve that took my breath away and left me with a deep understanding of global non-profit work, including development, administration, team international travel, staff culture, and strategic planning. All of this led me to launch a consulting business with a desire to come alongside leaders of various organizations and businesses to help them make strides personally, professionally, physically, and spiritually.
